We provide a secure and scalable service panel that allows onboarded retailers and distributors to offer various services to end customers, including:

Bill Payments, Credit Cards & Loan Distribution

  • Bill Payment Services are delivered through our licensed backend technology partner, Sec2Pay India E-Services Pvt. Ltd. We access BBPS and utility services through their APIs. We are not BBPS registered ourselves.

  • Credit Card and Loan Distribution is offered in partnership with authorized financial institutions like Aviom India Housing Finance Ltd. We act strictly as a lead generator, collecting basic documentation and forwarding leads. We do not disburse funds, issue cards, or collect payments for these services via any payment gateway.

Licensing & Line of Business (LOB) Clarity

  • We do not operate any RBI-regulated services directly under our own license.

  • All regulated services such as BBPS, AEPS, and DMT are performed only through authorized partners, primarily Sec2Pay, a fully compliant and licensed aggregator.

  • Our core function is to provide a B2B service panel for merchant onboarding and enable access to digital services through safe, integrated third-party systems.

Payment Gateway Usage

We use a payment gateway only to collect payments via secure links from merchants and retailers who wish to purchase panel access and get onboarded as authorized service partners.

✅ No financial services are performed or delivered through the payment gateway.
✅ We do not process BBPS, DMT, AEPS, or loan/card payments via PG.
✅ There is no web/app-based collection of transactional payments.
✅ There is no API or backend integration with the payment gateway.

Our App – MsPay Recharge Commission App

Our official application, MsPay Recharge Commission App, is designed for registered retailers to access their dashboards, track commissions, and manage services. The app is in final testing and will be launched soon on the Google Play Store.
